She was so easy to work with and exchange ideas with. She was responsive, she took feedback and suggestions really well, and she did her homework to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She presented a slide deck for me to approve and the rest was in her hands. I never felt the need to micromanage because I was so confident in what she would bring to the table.
